CHAPTER 791.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 195A
of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Baltimore County," as enacted by Chapter 84 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1910.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That section 195A of Article 3 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," as enacted
by Chapter 84 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of 1910, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, so as to read as follows:
SEC. 195A. The Baltimore County Roads Engineer shall
appoint an assistant, whose duty shall be to render said Roads
Engineer and the Highways Commission of Baltimore County
such professional and clerical assistance as the said Roads Engi-
neer and Highways Commission may find requisite and neces-
sary; said assistant to the Roads Engineer shall receive a com-
pensation of $1,500.00 annually, to be paid in equal monthly
instalments. The salary of the Baltimore County Roads Engi-
neer and his traveling .expenses and the expenses incurred in
the discharge of his duties and the salary of his assistant shall
be paid out of the general road and bridge fund of the county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect on May 1st, 1912.

CHAPTER 792.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 538 of the Acts of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland of 1908, title "Harford County," sub-title
"An Act to provide for the appropriation by the County
Commissioners of Harford County of a sum of money towards
the maintenance of a bridge for foot passengers and vehicular
traffic across the Susquehanna River between the City of
Havre de Grace and the Town of Perryville."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 538 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1908, title "Harford County," sub-title "An Act
to provide for the appropriation by the County Commissioners
of Harford County of a sum of money towards the maintenance
of a bridge for foot passengers and vehicular traffic across the
