of money herein appropriated for the object and purposes herein
specified, to or upon the order of the person or persons, or body
politic or corporate, to which they are respectively entitled, to
wit, Maryland Tuberculosis Sanatorium for the furnishing and
completing a new reception hospital building with proper equip-
ment therefor and making additions to and alteration in the
patients' dining room and kitchen in the Administration Build-
ing, and for constructing and equipping a separate building or
paviljon for the use of children patients at the sanatorium and
for the constructing and equipping of a suitable hall for use as
an amusement hall, school room for the children and a place of
worship, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) ; City of
Annapolis Armory and Convention Hall Commission, forty
thousand dollars ($40,000) ; City of Frederick Armory Com-
mission, forty thousand dollars ($40,000); City of Salisbury
A.rmory Commission, thirty thousand dollars ($30,000); Mary-
land House of Correction, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,-
000); State Board of Forestry, fifty thousand dollars ($50,-
000); State Roads Commission of Maryland, forty thousand
dollars ($40,000).
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That a building commis-
sion is hereby created to be styled "City of Annapolis Armory
and Convention Hall" and to be constituted as follows, namely,
The Adjutant-General of the State of Maryland, Captain Louis
Myers, First Regiment Maryland National Guard; First Lieu-
tenant Daniel J. Murphy, First Regiment Maryland National
Guard; Dr. T. Kent Green, Annapolis, Maryland, and James
A. Walton, of Annapolis, Maryland. Said commission is hereby
clothed with all the powers necessary for carrying out of the
provisions of this act, so far as the same relate to the City of
Annapolis Armory and Convention Hall authorized hereby.
And said commission shall secure a suitable site upon which to
construct said Armory and Convention Hall, and is authorized
to make all necessary contracts for the construction and equip-
ment of the same.
SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That a building commis-
sion is hereby created to be styled City of Frederick Armory
Commission, to be constituted as follows, namely, The Adju-
tant-General of the State of Maryland, Colonel of the First
Infantry of the Maryland National Guard; Captain D. John
Markey, Company A, First Infantry; John P. T. Mathias,
Peter L. Hargett, Emory L. Coblentz, and one other person to
be named by the Governor. Said commission is hereby clothed
with all the powers necessary for the carrying out of the provi-
