1192 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [Ch. 718]

90. To sale and conveyance of John R. Cockey and Deborah
S. Cockey, his wife, to Rev. John Vogelin and others, Trustees
of the German Reformed Immanuel Congregation, a body cor-
porate, of the property described in a lease dated September
30th, 1867, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber A. M. No. 351, folio 38, etc.

91. To sale and conveyance of Samuel Bealmear to The
German Reformed Immanuel Congregation of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, of the property described in an assignment,
dated June 19th, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber J. B. No. 1348, folio 515, etc.

92. To sale and conveyance of Mary A. Ledley to The Ger-
man Reformed Immanuel Congregation of Baltimore City, a
body corporate, of the property described in an assignment,
dated September 22nd, 1898, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 1752, folio 223,
etc.

93. To sale and conveyance of Mark C. Grafton to The
German Reformed Immanuel Congregation of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, of the property described in an assignment
dated November 4th, 1907, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. O. No. 2381, folio 442,
etc.

94. To a lease to the Remington Independent Methodist
Church of Baltimore City from Jesse F. Ely, dated June 27,
1910, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
Maryland, in Liber S. C. L. No. 2591, folio 251, etc.

97. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,,
That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of
Maryland be and the same are hereby given to the bequests
to "The American Bible Society of New York," "Christ's Re-
formed Church of Middletown, Maryland, and the Lutheran
Church of Middletown, Maryland," as contained in the last will
and testament of Margaret E. Schindler, late of Frederick
county, Maryland.

98. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land be and the same are hereby declared, given and granted to
a grant, deed and conveyance of a certain lot of ground situate
in Baltimore City and State of Maryland, to the Trustees of
the Grace Baptist Church of Baltimore, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, by Darezo L. Ningard and Georgeanna
Richmond, committee of Mary A. Richmond, a lunatic; and
William Thomas "Wilson and Eliza W. Wilson, his wife, by
