In compliance with Section 9 of Article XIX of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, I hereby submit a statement of the financial
affairs of the State for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1927.
We are pleased to say that the financial condition of the State
seems to be entirely satisfactory.
