LAWS OF MARYLAND.
thereof as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appro-
priated; to the Secretary of State for copying the laws of the
said extraordinary session of nineteen hundred and one for
the public printer, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary, be and 'the same is
hereby appropriated; for indexing the journals of the Senate
and House of Delegates of .the said extraordinary session of
nineteen hundred and one, the sum of two hundred dollars, or
so much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same is
hereby appropriated; for indexing the laws of the said extra-
ordinary session of nineteen hundred and one, the sum of
twenty -five dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary,
be .and the same is hereby appropriated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State
shall, on the warrant of the Comptroller, disburse the said
sums of money herein appropriated for the objects and pur-
poses herein specified, to or upon the order of the person or
persons entitled to receive the same.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
