1835.

No. 23.

 

Resolution in favour of Robert Wilmot.

Passed Feb, 13, 1838

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Robert

 

Wilmot, a soldier of the revolution, the half pay of a

 

lieutenant of artillery instead of half pay of lieuten-

 

ant of the line during his life.

 

No. 24.

 

Resolution in favor of Mary Alexander.

Passed Februay 13

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to Mary

 

Alexander, widow of the late Jacob Alexander, who

 

was a sergeant isi the Revolution, or to her order dur-

 

ing widowhood, a sum of money equal to the half pay

 

of a sergeant, in consideration of the services of her

 

husband.

 

No. 25.

 

Resolution in favor of Mary Holland.

Passed January 22

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Treasurer of the Wester Shore, pay to Mary Hol-

 

land, out of any unappropriated money in the Treasu-

 

ry, in quarterly payments during her life, a sum of

 

money equal to the half pay of a drummer, in consid-

 

eration of the services of her husband, Edward Hol-

 

land, during the revolutionary war.
