No. 12.

 

Resolution relative to the Inspectors of Spirituous

Passed Feb, 3, 1836

Liquors, in the city of Baltimore.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the inspectors of spirituous liquors, in the city of Bal-

 

timore, appointed by the authority of this State, he and

 

they are hereby required and directed to publish in two

 

or more daily newspapers printed in the city of Balti-

 

more, quarterly reports of all foreign and domestic

 

distilled spirituous liquors by them inspected, designa-

 

ting the quantity and quality thereof, this resolution

 

not to be construed as to interfere with any other re-

 

ports heretofore directed to be made, under any exist-

 

ing act of the Legislature of this State, by said in-

 

spectors.

 

No. 13.

 

Resolution for an examination of the Furniture 'Of the

Passed February 2

Government House.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Governor and Council be authorised and required

 

to cause an examination to be made of the furniture and

 

other property of the government house, and to have

 

all such articles sold at public auction as they may deem

 

unnecessary to be retained for public use, and that the

 

proceeds arising from such sale be placed in the Trea-

 

sury.

 

No. 14.

 

Resolution in favor of William B. Stephenson, use of

Passed February 1

Sarah Deaver.

 

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

 

the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to William

 

B. Stephenson, for the use of Sarah Deaver, widow of

 

Aquilla Deaver, deceased, the sum of six dollars and

 

sixty-six cents, the balance of pension due her husband
