A Resolution for paying the members of the Electoral Col-

lege and General Assembly.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the

treasurer of the western shore be, and he is hereby author-

ised, to pay unto the several members of the late electoral

college of the Senate of Maryland, and the officers thereof,

and also to the several members of the present general as-

sembly, and the officers thereof, or to their respective or-

ders, the several sums of money now due, or that may from

lime to time become due to them respectively, and for which

they shall obtain certificates from the chairman of the com-

mittee on claims, of the present house of delegates.

A Resolution in favour of John Greenwood, of Frederick

Resolved, That the register of the land office of the

western shore, be, and he is hereby directed to issue a pa-

tent in the name of John Greenwood, one of the heirs of

Joseph Greenwood, deceased, for the land contained in a

certificate of survey, called Hall's Neglect, lying in Frede-

rick county, and containing three acres, which was hereto-

fore returned to the land office, in the name of Yost Green-

wood, and that the said patent issue according to the pro-

visions of the last will and testament of the said Joseph

Greenwood, deceased.
