At a Session of the said Assembly, which was begun and held in the State House, at
the city of Annapolis, in the county of Anne-Arundel, on the last Monday of
December, (to wit, the twenty-seventh day of the month,) A. D.
1830, pursuant to the Constitution and Form of Govern-
ment of the said State, and concluded on Thurs-
day the twenty-fourth day of February,
