regulations as to them may appear right and proper
for the government of said cemetery and the same at

their pleasure to repeal, alter or amend ; provided,

the same shall not conflict with the Constitution or

any law of the State.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That all acts and

CHAPTER 346.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of

Garret county, to borrow money on the credit of the

county for the purpose of erecting a court-house

and county jail, to issue bonds for the payment of

the same, and to levy taxes on the assessable prop-

erly of the county, to redeem said bonds and to

pay the interest thereon.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

county, be and they are hereby authorized and em-

powered, at their discretion, to contract for and super-

intend the building of a county jail and a court-

house, with all the necessary offices, upon a site or

sites to be selected and purchased by them in the

town of Oakland in Garrett county, and furnishing

said court-house and offices, when so constructed,

with all the necessary cases and furniture for the ac-

commodation of the courts to be held in said build-

ing for said county, members of the bar and public

officers, and with such other things as their conve-

nience may require ; and for the purpose of paying

for said court-house and jail, and the site or sites on

which the same shall be erected, the said County
