CHAPTER 96.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section thirteen

of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two,

entitled "an act to provide for the inspection of

steam boilers in the City of Baltimore. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repealed and
re-enacted.

Maryland, That section thirteen of the act of eighteen

hundred and seventy two, chapter one hundred and

fifty-three, entitled an act to provide for the inspection

of steam boilers in the City of Baltimore, be and the-

same is hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as

follows :

13. That the inspectors shall receive an annual

salary of fifteen hundred dollars each, and all money

collected, after deducting the necessary incidental

expenses of the office, shall be paid over to the Treas-

urer of the State.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

an act to incorporate the Preachers Fund Society,.

of the City of Baltimore, chapter two hundred

and eighty-three, of the acts of eighteen hundred

and fifty-three.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That section third, of the act of eighteen
