band James N, Farrell. - '

251. An act entitled a supplement to an act to provide
for the public instruction of youth in Primary Schools
throughout this state.

252. An act to divorce Francina Kidd from her husband
James Taylor Kidd.

253. A further supplement to an act, entitled an act to
provide for the purchase of the office papers formerly be-
longing to the Surveyors ofiice of Montgomery county,
passed at December session, 1829, chapter 126.
