                        I, Henry Hobbs, Clerk of the Executive Council
of the State of Maryland, do by direction of the Executive Authority
of the said State, hereby certify that the following persons
have been duly elected agreeably to the Laws of the said State, Electors
of President and Vice President of the United State of America,
that is to say;
                    Henry Brawner Esquire for the first District,
                    John C. Herbert Esquire for the second District,
                    George Winchester and Dennis Claude Esquires
                        for the third District,
                    William Tyler and Thomas Post Esquires for
                        fourth District,
