            Governor Proclamation Declaring The Election Of
                        Electors of President and Vice President.
                                            1920

        I, Albert C. Ritcher, Governor of the State of Maryland
in pursuance of Section 3 of the Act of Congress approved
February, 1887, do hereby certify that from a certified copy
of the Declaration of the Result of an election held in the State
of Maryland on Tuesday, November 2, 1920, for the eight
Electors of President and Vice President of the United States,
made and transmitted to me by the board of State Canvassers
in accordance with law, and filed in my office, it appears
