    On motion of Mr Brown
                The Secretary was directed to record the
proceedings; the same to be signed by the President of
the College and attested by the Secretary

On motion of Mr Brown
                        A vote of thanks was tendered the
President for the able courteous and dignified
manner, with which he had presided which was
acknowledged by the President

    On motion of Mr Williams
                        The College adjourned sine die
