between Robert Brasheer and Richard Edwards and that the Said Brasheere paid
him in full of all Accounts bills bonds dues Debts and demands from begining
of the world to that day and more for in my Sighte he Received Linin for the
Remain[d]er and that there was tobaccoe paid upon Hugh Montgomery Account
in that Account. William Lee.
The above Sworne to in open Court by William Lee and at the Request of
Robert Brasheere was ordered to be Recorded etc.
Upon a Complaint made by Vins Taylor that her master John Cozens would
not pay her her Corne and Cloaths etc. the Said John Cozens Came into Court
and produced an Account of what things the Said Taylor has had of him (Viz.)
To 1 dowlace Smock, to 1 Canvis Ditto, to 1 pair Shews, to 1 pair yearne hose,
to 1 Stuff Gowne and petticoate, to 1 halfe thick petticoate, to 1 blew Apron, to
2 neck hankershifts, to 3 quoyfs, to a new Stuff gowne and petticoate for her
Corne.
Upon which it is ordered by the Court here that the Said John Cozens give
to the Said Vins Taylor one Shift of white Linin and a weeding hoe and Narrow
hoe and Axx in full Sattisfaction for her Corne and Cloaths etc.
Bee it knowne unto all persons that I Ann Evens am willing to bind over my
Sonn Henry Busey unto Hugh Furguson Surgion in Prince Georges County being
Eleven yeares of Age the fifteenth day of July next the date hereof whilst he is
twenty one years of Age as wittness my hand and Scale this thirteenth day of
May 1697.

The Opinion of the Court is that it doth not Laye in power of the Justices
of this Court to bind the Said Child by Reason his parents Lives in Calvert
County and his Father in Law is not willing to to the Same etc.

A Mutuall Agreement between the Justices of Prince Georges County and
Robert Brothers Carpenter etc.
I Robert Brothers doe Agree with the Justices of Prince Georges County that
hee is to build a five and thirty foot house in Length and twenty two foot wide to
be a Substantiall framed house with Locus or Cedar grunsells the Remainder of
the frame to be Oake with two doores in the front with folding Shutters Between
the Doores two transum windowes of Six Lights Each to be Sett one on Each Side
of the place of Judicatory and the Lower Roome to be in the Same forme and
Method as Calvert County Court house only the place of Judicatory to be one
foot one halfe higher then Calvert County Court house is to built an office in the
Same forme as Calvert County office the buigness of the houses only Excepted
the Stares and upper Roome to bee in the Same manner and forme as Calvert
County Court house is in the difference of the buigness of houses (Excepted) to
be well Lathed and plaistered above Staires and belowe with one Large windowe
at Each Gable End of the upper Roome Instead of the dorment windowes in
Calvert County Court house with Rales banisters formes and tables in the place
