Arbitration to be Arbitrated and finiall End and Judgment thereof to be given
by Col. Thomas Hollyday and Mr. Thomas Taney Arbitrators Indifferently
Chozen by the Said parties and Whereupon the Said Cornelius Watkinson and
Richard Marsham have taken their oaths upon the holy Evangelist to Stand by
and Abide the Judgment finall End and Determination o£ the Said Arbitrators
Chozen aforesaid.
The Arbitrators above mentioned being Chozen as above mentioned upon their
Arbitration doe Mutally Agree upon the premises above mentioned and Arbitrate
that Cornelius Watkinson pay unto the Said Rich Marsham five pounds Sterling
and all the Cost of Suite that had Acrued between the Said Marsham and Com-
pany before the 24th day of June Annoque Domini 1695 and the Said Cornelius
Watkinson and Further that all Costs and Charges that has or doth Acrue in the
matter of Controversie depending between the Said Watkinson and the Said
Marsham Since the above twenty fourth day of June 1695 [146] That Each
pertickeler person that is to Say the Said Watkinson to pay all his owne Charge
and the Said Marsham to pay all his Charge of wittness our hands and Scales the
twenty Seaventh Day of Aprill 1697.

The before mentioned writeing by the Order of Col. Thomas Hollyday and
Mr. Thomas Taney was Entred upon the Record of Prince Georges County.
March the 19th 1697 [1698]
To the Commisioners of Prince Georges County these are humbly to Sattisfie
you that I William Sesell by the Request of my wife as She Lay upon her death
bed I have disposed of my Children to Marreen Devall and his heires till they
are of Age John Sesell Aged Seven yeares the 24th of December Last past Phillip
Sesell Aged five yeares the 28th day of this Instant Susan Sesell aged two yeares
3d of January Last These are humbly to Request of your Worships to bind these
Children this Court to the aforesaid Devall and his heires to the age of 21: and
the girle att 16 as wittness my hand and Scale the day and yeare above Written.

The Grand Jury haveing passed the Complement upon me att my Returne
from England in the Sends of this Province of Presenting me for the neglect of all
my Clerks, in keeping theire Records A matter first that they had nothing to doe
with and which I Know is false in most Countys this is to Request you to Cause
your Record to be Inspected that if it bee true I may Admonish my Clerke and
order it to bee made perfect with all Speed but if the Suggestion be false and
