PREFACE.
" SECT. 4. And be it enacted. That the sum of nine hundred and fifty
dollars is hereby appropriated from the State Treasury, for the purchase of
the third volume of said Maryland Chancery Decisions, to be paid out of
any unappropriated money in the State Treasury.
"SECT. 5. And be it enacted. That this Act shall take effect from and
after the date of its passage."
The fourth volume of the " Maryland Chancery Decisions"
will complete the Reports of the Decisions of the present
Chancellor of Maryland.
