JOURNAL.
WEDNESDAY, January 3d, 1872.
STATE OF MARYLAND, TO WIT:
This being the day prescribed by the Constitution for the
meeting of the General Assembly of Maryland, at 12 o'clock,
noon,
Milton Y. Kidd, Chief Clerk of the last House of Dele-
gates, called the House to order.
Upon the call of the roll by Thomas H. Moore, Reading
Clerk of the last House, the following named members re-
sponded to their names:
St. Mary's County—R. Johnson Colton.
Kent County—William B. Wilmer, James W. Hurtt.
Anne Arundel County—George Wells, Jr., Ell J. Henkle.
Calvert County—John T. Bond, Lewis G. Sorrow.
