LAWS OF MARYLAND.
CHAPTER 189.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Trustees.
of Salisbury Academy, in Wicomico county, to sell
the property belonging to the said Academy.
SECTION 1. Be it enwted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Trustees of Salisbury Academy,
in Wicomico county, be and they are hereby author-
ized and empowered to sell the property held by them
in trust for the said Academy, and to pay over the
amount of said sale to the Board of School Commis-
sioners of Wicomico comity, to be applied to the pur-
poses and use of a High School in Salisbury, and for
no other purpose or use whatsoever.
SEC. "2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
Approved April 1, 1872.

 
Repealed CHAPTER 190.
AN ACT to repeal section four of article forty-one,.
of the Code of Public General Laws, title " Fish
and Fisheries," sub-title l( Head of the Bay."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section four of article forty-one, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title " Fish and
Fisheries," sub-title " Head of the Bay," be and the
same is hereby repealed.
Approved April 1, 1872.
