dynamnic. Changes occur to reflect population
shifts and to ensure convenient polling places for
all voters. Local election boards can provide cur-
rent information on precincts encompassed within
each district. The text of the Joint Resolution
should be consulted for the boundaries of dis-
tricts, precincts, and wards split for the purposes
of rcdistricting.
