bama, November 27, 1930. Attended Alabama public schools:

and computing business. Served in the U.S. Army. Member.
Howard County Charter Board, 1966-68. Member, Howard
County Council, 1968-70. Chairman, National Legislative Con-
ference Committee on Legislative Information Needs, 1974.

nicipal League; Academy of Political and Social Sciences; Ameri-
