appointed by the Mayor and City Council, One member represents the Board of School
Commissioners and serves for a 1-year term. Ten members are members <ft groups served
by the Community Action Program and reside in neighborhoods in which the programs
will bo carried out. These members serve for 1-year terms. All other commissions serve
