eighth Wards; the first to the eleventh precincts of the Twenty-fifth
Ward; the thirty-fifth to forty-fifth precincts, inclusive, of the Twenty-
sixth Ward; the second to thirty-sixth precincts, inclusive, the fifty-
seventh to seventy-fifth precincts, inclusive, and the eighty-first to
one-hundred-fifth precincts, inclusive, of the Twenty-seventh Ward of
Baltimore City.*

* By Chapter 380, Acts of 1963, the State was divided into eight Congressional
Districts. These changes were to be effective for the election of the eight repre-
sentatives in the primary and the general elections of 1964. However, a referen-
dum petition will cause the election of the eighth representative to be from the
State at large. By terms of the Act, the boundaries of the Congressional Districts
were adjusted as follows:

Second District: Baltimore and Harford counties.

Third District: Baltimore City Wards 1-8, 22-24, precincts 3-9 of Ward 18.
precincts 12-19 of Ward 25, precincts 1-34 of Ward 26, and precinct I of W»rd 27.

Fourth District: Baltimore City Wards 9.14, 17, 19 and 20, precincts I and 2
of Ward 18, and precincts 37-56 and 76-80 of Ward 27.
rifth District: Carroll, Howard, Anne Arundel and Calvert counties.
Seventh District: Baltimore City Wards 15, 16, 21 and 28; precincts 1-11 of
Ward 25, precincts 35-45 of Ward 26, precincts 2-36, 57-75, 81-105 of Ward 27.
Eighth District: Prince George's, St. Mary's and Charles counties.

'Resigned in Movember, 1791, the duestlon of ineligibility owing to hi* rasidence
having been raised.

'Elected to till vacancy caused by resignation of William Pininey, and took his
seat February 6, 1792.
'Resigned May 1, 1792.

* Elected to fill vacancy caused by resignation of Joshua Seney, and took his seat
January 30, 1793.
