Former Deputy Sheriff, Harford County. Member, Harford County

THOMAS H. HEDRICK, Democrat, Baltimore 2nd; born in Lo-
gansport, Indiana, December 11, 1909. Attended public schools in
Logansport and Faribault, Minnesota; University of Minnesota; Uni-
versity of Maryland Law School, LL.B. On active duty with U. S.
Coast Guard, 1942-46; presently Lieutenant Commander, Organized

ried. Elected to the House of Delegates in 1954.

WALTER DALE HESS, Democrat, Harford County; born in Falls-
ton, August 17, 1930. Attended Harford County public schools.

national vice president. Future Farmers of America. Member, Farm
Bureau; Grange; Lions; Elks; Moose; National Rifle Association;
