The Senate bill entitled an Act to protect the navigation
of the Patuxent river.

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Rose, Chairman of a select committee, reported fa-
vorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize Tench Tilgh-
man, his heirs or assigns, to erect a bridge across the head-
waters of Town creek, at Oxford, in Talbot county.

Which was read a second time, and ordered to he engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Fooks, from, a select committee, reported favorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the appoint-
ment of a Commisssioner of Slave Statistics for Wicomico
county.

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Bowlus, Chairman of a select committee, reported
favorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act regulating fences in
Frederick county.

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Smith, of Worcester, from a select committee, reported
favorably

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional section
to Article 98, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to wild fowl.

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

Mr. Touchstone, Chairman of a select committee, sub-

Of the Cecil and Harford Delegations, relating to the Petitions
referred to said Delegations relative to the Cecil and Har-
ford Counties Boom Company.
