CHAPTER 234. AN ACT to restore to the West Nottingham Academy, in Cecil County, the annual donation of five hundred dollars, to be paid out of the school fund of said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the annual donation of five hundred dollars be, and the same is hereby re- stored to the West Nottingham Academy, in Cecil County, to be paid out of the Free'School Fund of said county.	Restored.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Treasurer of the State of Maryland is hereby authorized, em- powered and directed to retain the sum of five hundred dollars out of the Free School Fund of Cecil County, and pay over the sum of five hun- dred dollars to the Treasurer of the said Academy, or to any other person properly authorized to re- ceive the same, on the first day of October in each year, beginning with the first day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight. Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That all laws and parts of laws inconsistent with the provisions of this Act be, and the same are hereby repealed.	Repealed.
Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 28, 1868.	In force.
