CHAPTER 14.

AN ACT to repeal the Act of eighteen hundred
and sixty-five, Chapter sixty, entitled "An Act
to repeal sections one hundred and thirty-nine,
one hundred and forty, one hundred and forty-
one, one hundred and forty-two, one hundred
and forty-three, one hundred and forty-four, one
hundred and forty-five, one hundred and forty-
six, one hundred and forty-seven, one hundred
and forty-eight of the Code of Public Local
Laws for Somerset County, relating to retailers,
and to re-enact the said sections from one hun-
dred and thirty-nine to one hundred and forty-
eight, inclusive of Article nineteen of the Code of
Public Local Laws for Somerset County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act of eighteen hundred
and sixty-five, Chapter sixty, be and the same is
hereby repealed, and sections one hundred and
thirty-nine to one hundred and forty-eight, inclu-
sive, of Article nineteen of the Code of Public Lo-
cal Laws for Somerset County, relating to retail-
ers, be and the same is hereby revived and re-en-
acted as fully as if the Act of eighteen hundred
and sixty-five, Chapter sixty, had not been passed.
