SCHOOLS,
school-house, then and in that case, the trustees of said district

of such academy or the proprietors of such school, for the
admission into and instruction of such of the primary school
pupils, as the said trustees of every district so circumstanced
as above, shall think proper so to contract for, or they may
purchase, build or rent another house for that district, which
shall be under the control of the trustees of that district ;
Provided, that in no district shall there be expended more

SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of acts,
inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be, and the same
are hereby repealed.
