Provided, the same is duly attested, under the seal of office of

the said receipt, acquittance, release or final discharge is de-
stroyed and lost.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That a copy of the entry of any
voucher or evidence, of a claim against any deceased's estate,
which hath been filed, entered and allowed in any account of
an administrator, administratrix, executor, or executrix in the
register of wills' office, in Saint Mary's county, shall be ad-
mitted as prima facie evidence in the place of such voucher or

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That the register of wills for
Saint Mary's county, shall be entitled to receive for any ser-
vices he may perform under the provisions of this act, the same
fees as he is entitled to by law for similar services.

Fees.
|
Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
from and after the passage of this act, no licensed retailer of
spirituous liquors in Saint Mary's county, shall be held to
answer for any violation of the supposed prohibition in the
license laws of this state, which forbids such licensed retailers
to permit spirituous liquors sold by them to be drunk in or
about their premises, but that all such supposed prohibitions,
so far as they relate to Saint Mary's county, be, and the same
are hereby repealed.
