ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

AN ACT to repeal part of an Act, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and twenty-eight, chapter twenty-one.— 1832, ch. 76.

7th sec.
repealed.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the seventh section of all act, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter 21, be, and the
same is, hereby repealed.

Compensa-
tion to clerk

missioners.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the clerk to the commis-
sioners for Anne Arundel county, shall be entitled to, and
receive as a compensation for his services, such sum annually,
as the said commissioners may direct, not exceeding the sum of
three hundred dollars, to be levied on the assessable property of
said county, collected and paid over as other county charges.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the persons qualified to vote for delegates to the general
assembly iu Anne Arundel county and the city of Annapolis, at
the time and places of election in said county and city of
Annapolis, on the first Wednesday iu October next, shall vote

with the clerk of Anne Aruudel county court, and by him re-
corded, certify in a form similar to the certificate of the election
of delegates, that the seven persons voted for as commissioners,
who shall have received the highest number of votes, are duly

mine by lot the length of time that each shall serve, and their
places shall be supplied by the annual election in said county,
