ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.

 

AN ACT to repeal part of an Act, passed at December session, eighteen
hundred and twenty-eight, chapter twenty-one.— 1832, ch. 76.

7th sec.
repealed.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the seventh section of all act, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter 21, be, and the
same is, hereby repealed.

Compensa-
tion to clerk
of com-
missioners.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the clerk to the commis-
sioners for Anne Arundel county, shall be entitled to, and
receive as a compensation for his services, such sum annually,
as the said commissioners may direct, not exceeding the sum of
three hundred dollars, to be levied on the assessable property of
said county, collected and paid over as other county charges.

and twenty-eight, chapter twenty-one, entitled an Act to abolish the
Levy Court of Anne Arundel County, and for other purposes. — 1838,
ch. 273.

SEC. 1. Be it enacted, by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the persons qualified to vote for delegates to the general
assembly iu Anne Arundel county and the city of Annapolis, at
the time and places of election in said county and city of
Annapolis, on the first Wednesday iu October next, shall vote
