Mining and Iron Manufacturing Company of Frederick
county.

No. 314. An act to repeal section four of the 88th article
of the Code of Public General Laws entitled "Sheriffs," and
to re-enact the Raine with amendments.

No. 315. An act to authorize the trustees of the New
Town Academy in Worcester to sell their building and
grounds and to invest proceeds of such sale in a building
and grounds for a high school in the town of New Town.

No. 316. An act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Queen Anne's county to subscribe, in behalf of said county,
to the capital stock of Queen Anne's and Kent County Rail-
road Company, and to repeal chapter 165 of the laws passed
at January session, 1866.

.No. 317. An act to repeal section 20 of article 96 of the
Code of Public General Laws entitled weights and measures
and to re-enact the same with an amendment.

No. 318. An act to authorize Grayson Eichelberger, State
Bounty Commissioner of Frederick county, to pay Ezra L.
Karns, administrator of Thomas E. Karns, certain bounty.

No. 319. An act to repeal section 291 of article 21 of the
Code of Public Local Laws entitled Washington county and
' to re-enact the same with amendment.

No. 320. An act to incorporate the trustees of the Parson-
age belonging to the Mechanicstown charge of the German
Reformed Church.

No. 321. An act to repeal section 65 of article 19 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Somerset county, relating to
Justices of the Peace and Constables and to amend and re-
enact the same.

No. 322. An act to incorporate the Worcester and Somer-
set Railroad Company.

No. 323. An act to amend and re-enact section 25 of article
13 of Public Local Laws for Howard county relating to Jus-
tices of the Peace and Constables.

No. 324. An act to release all claim to an interest of the
State in certain land in Somerset county, and to vest the same
in the surviving children and grand children of Titus Davy,

a person of color, late of said county, deceased.

No. 325. An act to authorize the Board of School Com-
missioners of Worcester county to appropriate a. sum of
