hereby declared to have full right and authority
to lengthen, widen, raise, extend or in any man-
ner they in their judgment may deem to be for the
public interest, improve and repair said wharf
as at present located.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
CHAPTER 377.

7,1867.

AN ACT to repeal, amend and re-enact the Act
entitled, "An Act to revive the Act of incorpo-
ration of the town of Salisbury, in Somerset
and Worcester counties, Chapter three hundred
and fifty-six, of Public Local Laws for Somerset
county, passed March tenth, eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, and to add new sections thereto,
ratifying and confirming certain Acts of the
Commissioners of said town, and for other
purposes."

Act repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Act entitled, an Act
to revive the Act of incorporation of the town of
Salisbury in Somerset and Worcester counties,
Chapter three hundred and fifty-six of Public
Local Laws for Somerset county, passed March
tenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, be and
the same is hereby repealed, amended and re-en-
acted so as to read as follows :

ed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That all the Acts
of the Commissioners of the town of Salisbury
elected since the first day of April, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-four, be and the same are ratified
and confirmed and made as valid and effectual to
all intents and purposes as if their proceedings
had been strictly according to law.
