Mr. Earle presented the memorial of John C. Bridges and
60 others, remonstrating against Sunday cars and repeal of
Sunday law;
Which was read and referred to the committee on Judicial
Proceedings.
On motion by Mr. Mules,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Mules, Spates and Frazier,
to introduce a bill to repeal an Act passed at the present ses-
sion of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled, an Act
to authorize Acts of Assembly, passed at the present ses-
sion of the General Assembly, to be repealed and to make
valid such repeal.
On motion by Mr. Mules,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, to introduce a bill to repeal an Act passed March 20th,
1865, entitled, a further supplement to an Act to incorporate
companies to make several turnpike roads through Baltimore
county; and for other purposes.
Mr. Stephenson moved to reconsider the vote whereby the
leave to introduce a bill to repeal an Act passed at the pre-
sent session of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled,
an Act to authorize Acts df Assembly passed at the present
session of the General Assembly, to be repealed and to make
valid such repeal;
