SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treas-
ury be and he is hereby directed to issue his war-
rant upon the Treasurer to pay to John H.
B. Latrobe, William Schley and John M. Frazier
each the sum of one thousand dollars for legal
services rendered the State in the investigation
before the Governor of the cases of Samuel Hindes
and Nicholas L. Wood, late Police Commission-
ers of the city of Baltimore. |
