Act to require the County Commissioners of Frederick
county to pay for the printing and publishing ordered by the
late officers of registration in said county,

Mr. Nicolai, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably, without amendment,, the Senate bill en-
titled, an Act to incorporate the Maryland and Delaware
Canal and Railroad Company,
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably, without amendment, the Senate bill en-
titled an Act to amend an Act incorporating the Washing-
ton University of Baltimore, and to establish an hospital to
be styled the Maryland Free Hospital in said city,
