Baltimore and Potomac Railroad Company;

Memorial of the Board of Trade of Washington and
Georgetown, D. C., praying the General Assembly not to
modify, amend or repeal the charter of the Baltimore and
Potomac Railroad Company;

Memorial of Samuel Bevans & Co., Daniel Miller & Co.,
Alberti Brink & Co., Wm. H. Brown & Brothers, and one
hundred and ninety-one merchants and citizens of Balti-
more, remonstrating against any change or amendment being
made in the charter of the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad
Company;

and thirty-six large mercantile firms and business men of
Baltimore city, praying the General Assembly to reject any
amendment to the charter of the Baltimore and Potomac
