Leave was granted to the Judiciary Committee to report a
bill to repeal section 567 of Art. 4 of the code of public local
laws relating to the jail of Baltimore city, and to enact a
substitute therefor.

report a bill to allow Littleton Davis, of Somerset county, to
clear his landing in Wicomico river of oyster shells with ,
dredges.
