Commissioners of the Land office to issue a patent for certain
land therein mentioned;
Which was read the first time.
On motion of Mr. Soper,
The rules were suspended, the bill read the' second and
third times by special order, and passed by yeas and nays as
follow;

Hodson, Harris, Hoffman, Holloway, Hopkins, Jamison, Jones, Keefer, King, Kirk, Leaverton, Lee, of Bait. city. Lusby, Markey, McCauley, Miller, of Wash., Mittag, Mules, Nairne, Norris, Parker. Pennington,	Pilkington, Rider, Rinehart, Robinson, Shaw, Sherry, Silver, Slothower, Smith of Alleg'y, Smith of Dorch'r. Smith of Fred'k. Soper, Stewart, Tolson, Tull, Valliant, Wardwell, Warner, Willis, Wilson, Wooden, Zeigler—65.
	NEGATIVE—None.

The said bill was then sent to the Senate.
Mr. Soper from the committee on Ways and Means, reported
favorably, a bill entitled, an Act to extend the provisions of
the Act of January session, 1865, chapter 126, for the relief of
certain parties indebted to the State by extending the time for
payment therein mentioned;
On motion of Mr. Foster,
The rules were suspended, the bill read the second time,
and by special order the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays as follow:
