Thomas M. Bacon, who was appointed Jnstice of the Peace
for the 6th District of Harford county, by Governor Bradford
on the 5th day of December last, and to whose nomination
you refused to advise and consent on yesterday.

THO. SWANN.

Mr. Ohr moved that the Senate reconsider the vote reject-
ing the above nomination

Determined in the negative by yeas and nays as follow:
