J. Nelson Foster had been in his seat when the Majority Res-
olution in the contested election case of Judge of the 12th
Judicial Circuit was on its passage, he would have voted
"aye."
The bill entitled, an Act to authorize James Richardson,
of St. Mary's county, to erect two gates on a public road
passing through his lands in St. Mary's county;
