Wm: Wouldhave of Bogatenorton Sworne Constable in open Court instead of Wm Innis __________________________________________________________________ ___ William Law Sworne Constable in Open Court for Monokin hundred The Deposition of Robert: Barrows. aged 28: years or their abouts who deposeth and says that on ye First day of ffebruary in the morning rideing along the road, saw Matthew Jones and Richard Warren a litle to the southward of Wm: Wouldhaves Bridge in the Road and their the said Matthew Jones did pull the said Warren to the ground giveing him divers blows on the face, much blood following his blows and they heard him the sd Matthew Jones ask the sd Richard Warren, what made him Search their house & every Room in it or words to that purpose, and further the said deponent deposeth not to the truth of all which he hath hereunto subscribed his name the day above mentioned.
