THE PRESIDENT: Any other announcements of the
committee chairmen? Delegate Mudd?
DELEGATE MUDD: Mr. President, the Committee
on the Judicial Branch will resume its meeting immediately
following adjournment here, and at 3 o'clock we have
liaison member of our Committee from the Legislative
Council. We resume hearings tomorrow morning at 10
o'clock.

DELEGATE MOSER: Mr. President, I have the
pleasure of announcing on behalf of the Local Government
Committee the election of Delegate Hal C. B. Clagett as
our Vice-chairman.
With respect to scheduling this evening at 7 p.m.
we will hear from Mr. Dale Anderson, Mr. Bruce Alderman,
and other representatives of Baltimore County. We con-
tinue with our hearings on County governmental repre-
sentatives on Thursday morning at 9:15, with others com-
ing in at 11, and the Counties involves, and they are
