offer Resolution No. 62. In order to do this, we must

have a suspension of the rules.

I move that all interfering rules be suspended

so that the Resolution may be introduced.

HONORARY PRESIDENT TAWES: Delegate E. J. Clarke

8

moves the suspension of all interfering rules for the

9

purpose of introducing Resolution No. 62.

(Whereupon, the motion was seconded.)

HONORARY PRESIDENT TAWES: All in favor, signify

by saying Aye; opposed, No.
