Mr. Miller submitted the following amendment:

Sec. 14. Strike out down to the word "and, " in the third
line, and insert "the Court of Appeals shall have appellate
jurisdiction only, which shall be co-extensive with the limits
of the State; "

Decided in the negative.

Mr. Marbury submitted the following amendment:

Sec. 16, line two, strike out the word "four, " and insert
the word "five; "

Decided in the negative.

Mr, Davis, of Washington, submitted the following amend-
ment:

Sec. 14, line two, strike out the word "four, " and insert
the word "three; "

The question being on the adoption of the amendment,
