A bill entitled "An Act to make a State subscription to
a work entitled ‘First Citizen and Antilon,' a history
of Gov. Eden's administration, containing the full text of
the letters of Charles Carroll, or Carroliton, and Daniel
Dulaney in the controversy in 1770-1773, arising upon
the attempt of Gov. Robert Eden, to revive, by procla-
mation Acts of the Legislature that had expired by limi-
tation.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance.

A bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Peoples'
Trust and Deposit Company of Maryland."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

A bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact. with
amendments, section 218, of Article 16, of the Code of
Public Laws, title ‘Montgomery County,' sub-title ‘Taxes,'
as amended by the Acts of 1892, chapter 418, and to add
six sections to said Article to follow immediately after
section 219, and to be known as ‘Sections 220, 221, 222,
223, 224 and 225.'"
