mile and a-half of the public school house in the village
of Croom, or within a mile and a-half of St. Thomas'
Church, Prince George's county, Md.'

Peter, Williams, of Anne Arundel, and Dick.

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 178 B, of
Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne
Arundel County, sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays."
Also, returned,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the town of
Takoma Park, to borrow an additional sum of money not
exceeding ten thousand dollars with credit of said town
(if the same shall be necessary for the purpose of con-
structing and maintaining water works and a sewerage
system for said town), to issue bonds for the payment
thereof, and to levy taxes to redeem said bonds and to
pay the interest thereon, to authorize the issue of said
bonds and also a prior issue of bonds for the purpose of
constructing and maintaining water works ahd a sewer-
age system only."

the Eastern Shore Trnst Company."
