The Secretary of the Senate appeared and delivered
the following message:

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct
the School Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to ap-
propriate a sum of money for the purchase of a site and
the erection of a school house for white children near
Lothian, in Anne Arundel county. "

Which was read a first time and referred to the Anne
Arundel county delegation.
