Read a second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 81, of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, so far as the
same refers to Harford county. "

Which was read a second time, and ordered engrossed
for a third reading.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor and
Council of Hagerstown to issue bonds to pay the towns
quota or assessment for the extension of Prospect street,
in said town northward, between Washington and Church
streets, and for carrying out, grading and macadamizing
the same. "

Which was read a second time, and ordered engrossed
for a third reading.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 254, 255
and 256, of Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws
title 'Harford County, ' sub-title ' State's Attorney, ' and
to enact in lieu thereof the following sections, to be
known as 'Sections 254 and 255. ' "

Which was considered, and on motion of Mr. Mitchell,
was recommitted to the Harford county delegation.

direct the President and Commissioners of Princess
Anne to issue coupons bonds, and to appropriate the
