It is this day to witt the 12^th: day of September as aforesaid Ordered by this Court
That discounting 354^lb: of Toba^o: out of the foregoing Sum of 1039^lb: of Toba^o; being The
cost of a Nonsuite Obtained by the said Ricketts ag^t: the said Covington that the Said
John Ricketts pay unto the said Nehe^a: Covington the remainder being 685^lb: of Toba^o:
with cost ali execucon - &^a: The Same Day
M^r: Josias Seward was Sworne Attourny of this County Court of Sum^rsett County

Ordered that John West have the list of Taxables & the Register for perusall wherby
to find what Taxes left by the Constables out of their lists of the severall hundreds
within this County & that he make Report thereof To this Court without faile - &^a:

The humble petition of ffrancis Jenckins Sheweth that your peticoner hath comenced
a Suite ag^t: Garrett Sipple late of this County upon a bond for Two Thousand four
hundred & Sixteen pounds of Toba^o: in case of non payment of One thousand Two=
hundred & eight pounds of Toba^l: as will appeare by the said Bond & this being
The returne of the Second Writt your petitioner Craves Order for Attachment ag^t:
The goods & Chattles of the said Sipple & as in duty bound will pray -
Maryland Sum^rsett County Ss/
Know all men by these presents that wee Garrett Sipple Sawyer & Thomas Davis
Taylor of the County Aforesaid are holden & firmely bounden unto ffrancis Jenckins
of the County Aforesaid gentl: in the full Sume or just quantity of Two thousand
ffour hundred & sixteen pounds of good Sound Merchantable Toba^o: in Caske due to be
paid to the ffrancis Jenckins his heirs Executo^rs: adm^rs: or assignes or lawfull Attorney
To which payment well & truely to be made & done wee bind our Selves & either
of us & either of our heires Executo^rs: and adm^rs: in the whole & for the whole
Joyntly & Severally firmly by these presents in Witness whereof wee have
hereunto Sett to & fixed our hands & Seales this 25^th: day of May Anno 1687=
The Condicon of this present Obligacon is Such that if the Above bounden Garrett Sipple
and Thomas Davis or their heirs executo^rs: or Adm^rs: shall well & truely satisfie Contented
pay unto the above named ffrancis Jenckins his heirs executo^rs: adm^rs: or Assignes or Cause
To be well & truely Satisfied Contented & paid the full Sume or just Quantity of One //
Thousand Two hundred & eight pounds of good Sound Merchantable Toba^o: in Caske at or
before the Tenth day of October next ensueing the date hereof in Some Convenient place
In Sum^rsett County that then this present Obligacon to be void and of None Effect otherwise
Stand and remaine in full force power & vertue Garrett Sipple Seale
